Stiles Will Lease and Manage Courthouse Commons Office Building -- New Complex Provides Skywalk Access to County Courthouse
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Commercial real estate firm Stiles has signed a contract with the building owner to lease and manage Courthouse Commons office building located just north of the Palm Beach County Courthouse -- expanding Stiles’ regional presence as a full-service resource for owners of office, retail and industrial properties.
GFB Courthouse Holdings Inc. recently assumed ownership of the 99,395-square-foot building and has retained Stiles Realty and Stiles Property Management to lease and manage the Class A office complex at 444 West Railroad Ave. The five-story facility completed in 2008 features a six-story parking garage and a third-floor covered pedestrian walkway that enables tenants and visitors to walk directly from their office or car to the Palm Beach County Courthouse.
