Stiles Realty Hires Denise Leyendecker as Third-Party Leasing Specialist for Palm Beach and Treasure Coast

Stiles Realty today announced that commercial real estate veteran Denise Leyendecker has joined the company as retail leasing agent for Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast. Her current third-party leasing responsibilities for Stiles include Shoppes of Las Ventanas in Boynton Beach and the Shoppes at Veranda Falls in Port St. Lucie.

“Stiles is committed to growing our third-party retail leasing portfolio statewide, with a strong focus on the Palm Beach market,” said Ryan Karlin, Stiles director of retail leasing.   “Denise brings in-depth market knowledge and effective leasing strategies for our clients.”

For Stiles client Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI®), Leyendecker spearheads leasing of the new, 42,000-square-foot Shoppes of Las Ventanas, within the mixed-use Las Ventanas development at Federal Highway (U.S. 1) and Woolbright Road.  The retail space is located on the ground floor of Las Ventanas’ three-story street-front buildings, which also feature luxury rental residential units and a 314-space garage.

Leyendecker was previously a leasing specialist at Synergy Retail Group, where she was responsible for marketing an 800,000-square-foot portfolio. During her 14-year retail leasing career, she has placed leading national and regional tenants, including Costco, Best Buy, Marshall’s, Quizno’s and Starbucks.

Leyendecker earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Northwood University. She is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
