Stiles Realty Announces Over 30,000 Square Feet in Office Lease Commitments in Broward County
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Tom Kates, president of Stiles Realty Co., today announced new leases and expansions totaling 30,083 square feet at office buildings in Broward County.
Kates reported these six recent leasing commitments by Stiles Broker Associate Norm Adams in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, plus a new tenant in the Cypress Creek area:
- Two law firms expanded their offices at Bank of America Plaza at Las Olas City Centre, 401 E. Las Olas Blvd., Fort Lauderdale. The full-service corporate law firm GrayRobinson, P.A. added 5,087 square feet, bringing its space at the high-profile tower to 17,869 square feet. Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler, a law firm with a diversified business practice, expanded its office by 3,498 square feet, to a total of 41,200 square feet. Stiles Realty represented owner Shorenstein Real Estate in both transactions.
- At 301 Las Olas Place, the law firm of Stichter, Riedel, Blain & Prosser, P.A. leased 8,214 square feet. The building at 301 E. Las Olas Blvd. is in the heart of downtown’s financial district. Stiles brokered the lease on behalf of owner Third Avenue Associates, Ltd. The law firm specializes in the representation of parties in bankruptcy cases, insolvency matters, out-of-court workout arrangements, and related civil litigation.
- At Plaza 100, at 100 NE 3rd Ave. Baxter Healthcare leased 5,639 square feet for a term of 36 months. Baxter is a global medical products and services company with expertise in medical devices, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. Adams represented the owner, a Stiles – Guggenheim partnership, and Keith Edelman of Jones Lang LaSalle was cobroker.
- 300 Las Olas Place, located at 300 E. Las Olas Blvd., added Morgan Real Estate, Inc., a Florida-based real estate brokerage and property management firm, to its tenant roster with a 3,024 square foot lease for a term of two years. Adams represented the owner, Stiles Corporation.
- At 200 Las Olas Circle, located at 200 SW 1st Ave., the law firm of Adam S. Hurtig, P.A. leased 1,776 square feet for a term of five years. Adams represented the owner, a Stiles partnership, and Ross Realty was cobroker. Attorney Adam Hurtig focuses his practice on the areas of personal injury and worker’s compensation.
- At the Cypress Business Center, within Broward’s Cypress Creek market, Broward Elevator and Lift leased 2,845 square feet located at 5821 N. Andrews Way, Fort Lauderdale. Stiles Broker Associate Ron Glick handled the transaction.
