Stiles Realty Announces Over 15,000 Square Feet in New Leases at 800 Brickell Avenue and SunTrust International
MIAMI, Fla. — Tom Kates, president of Stiles Realty Co., today announced new leases at 800 Brickell Avenue and SunTrust International Center in Miami, totaling 15,628 square feet. Michael Taylor, Stiles Realty director of real estate--Miami-Dade County, represented the buildings’ owners in the transactions.
800 Brickell Avenue – 6,263 square feet in new leases:
- Kaseya International, a global provider of IT automation software for IT Solution Providers and Public and Private Sector IT organizations, has leased 4,452 square feet.
- DTZ Rockwood LLC signed a lease for 1,811 square feet. DTZ Rockwood is a full-service real estate investment banking firm headquartered in New York with additional offices throughout the U.S. and Mexico.
- The 208,325-square-foot building is located at Brickell Avenue and Southeast 8th Street in Miami. The owner is GRE 800 Brickell, LP of Fort Lauderdale, a Stiles partnership. Additional tenants at the 15-story building include State Trust Group, Consulate of Chile, Bank Leumi, TotalBank, Conill, American Land and Frank Crystal.
SunTrust International – 9,365 square feet in new leases:
- Aballi, Milne, Kalil, PA signed a lease for 5,774 square feet. The law firm focuses on particular areas of expertise ranging from the handling of international business transactions, through complex commercial litigation and arbitration, to international tax and estate planning and also the closing of real estate transactions.
- Law firm Bast Amron, LLP leased 3,591 square feet at SunTrust International Center.
The 418,916-square-foot SunTrust International Center has proved an enduring corporate draw since its construction in 1973. Owned by STIC Partners, a Stiles partnership, the building is located at 1 S.E. 3rd Avenue in the heart of Downtown Miami.
Renovated in 2002, the tower offers panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the City of Miami, and is within walking distance of the Metromover and Metrorail, Miami Dade County and Federal Courthouses, as well as Bayside Marketplace and American Airlines Arena.
