Stiles Announces Over 10,000 Square Feet in Leases at Newly Renovated Red Willow Plaza in Winter Springs
ORLANDO, Fla. -- Ryan Karlin, director of retail leasing for Stiles Realty, today announced 10,516 square feet in lease and renewal commitments at Red Willow Plaza in Winter Springs, where major renovations were recently completed. Located at Red Bug Lake Road and Tuskawilla Road, the 93,625-square-foot retail center is over 90 percent leased, Karlin said.
Tenants signing new leases included Party Land, one of the largest international retail party supply stores, for 2,835 square feet for five years. Bella Home Collection, an interior home design studio, has leased 1,575 square feet.
Mail Copy Plus, a packing, shipping and mailing center, renewed its 1,520-square-foot lease for a term of five years. Central Florida Oral Surgery, a dental practice with a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgery expertise, also renewed its 3,326-square-foot lease. In addition, Sit Up, Inc. d/b/a Curves for Women, the gym dedicated to women’s fitness, has renewed its 1,260-square-foot lease.
Stiles Retail Leasing Agent Heather Lannon handled these transactions, representing the owner, GRE Red Willow, a Stiles Partnership. Since purchasing the center in 2007, the owner has completed a multi-phased renovation. Improvements have included a new roof, re-facing exterior facades and repainting buildings, parking lot improvements and new landscaping. A new high-profile monument sign is being added, with availability for tenant sigange. The plaza’s tenants include: Life Style Fitness, Carrabba's Italian Grill and Dunkin' Donuts.
Lannon recently joined Stiles as the company expands its retail leasing operations in the Orlando and Tampa Bay markets. Her current leasing responsibilities for Stiles also include Arbor Square at Connerton, an 80,000-square-foot community center in Pasco County, as well as Shoppes at Avalon, a premiere Publix-anchored shopping center currently under construction in Spring Hill, Florida.
