Mark Corlew
VICE PRESIDENT & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mark Corlew directs the overall operations of Stiles Investment Services and management of the Stiles Capital Partners funds. He joined the Stiles Capital Group in 1997, where he coordinated transactions including the acquisition, financing and sale of over $1 billion in real estate assets. During his tenure, Mark also has served as Stiles' senior asset manager, where he oversaw a portfolio of existing assets and development projects including high-rise and suburban office, retail and industrial properties. Mark has over twenty years of experience in financing, acquiring, redeveloping and managing commercial real estate throughout the southeast. Prior to joining Stiles, Mark was a senior real estate analyst for CB Richard Ellis, formerly CB Commercial. He graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in economics.

Marc A. Kopelman, CPA
DIRECTOR, EQUITY INVESTMENTS
Marc Kopelman is responsible for identifying, qualifying and managing high net worth and institutional investor relationships for direct and co-investment acquisition opportunities for Stiles Capital Partners and other real estate syndication investments. He joined Stiles Corporation in 2004 aiding in the creation of Stiles Capital Partners and growing the group to more than 3.6 million square feet with properties valued in excess of $800 million. Marc has participated in the commercial residential, investment and financial markets throughout the southeastern U.S. and Caribbean for over twenty years. Prior to Stiles, Marc served as executive vice president at Brenner Real Estate Group, general partner for Zenith Realty Investments and senior manager at Kenneth Leventhal and Company (Ernst & Young LLP). He received a bachelor’s from the University of Florida and a master’s from Florida International University. Mark currently serves as an adjunct professor for the MBA program at Nova University.

Erin O'Brien, CPA
SENIOR ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Erin O'Brien is responsible for all financial reporting activities for the Stiles Capital Partners funds and their related joint venture partners. She joined Stiles in 2005 and has over 12 years of public and private accounting experience. Erin is a certified public accountant. In her previous positions as senior tax manager at Deloitte Tax and fund tax manager at Franklin Templeton Investments, Erin specialized in the real estate industry and served clients including private and publicly-traded REITs, private developers and private/institutional joint venture partnerships. Erin earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting both from Florida State University.

Brett Henninger
SENIOR INVESTMENT ANALYST
Brett Henninger serves as senior investment analyst where he is responsible for analyzing all acquisition opportunities and disposition strategies for Stiles Capital Partners as well as other real estate syndication investments. Brett began his career working as an auditor for Ernst & Young LLP, where he obtained a wide variety of industry experience working with mainly public company clientele. Brett received his master’s in business administration from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University and his bachelor’s in accounting from Furman University.

Richard N. Stein, CSM
SENIOR ASSET MANAGER
Rick Stein is responsible for the overall performance of the SCP properties including reporting, directing capital projects, leasing and property management. Rick joined Stiles Investment Services in 2006 bringing over 20 years of diverse international real estate experience including development, leasing, construction, asset management and investor relations. Prior to joining the Stiles organization, Rick has held positions with BGK Group in Santa Fe, NM; Triple Net Properties in Santa Ana, CA and COMPASS Management & Leasing in Sao Paulo, Brazil and in Los Angeles, CA. He received his bachelor’s in manpower management & labor relations and his master’s in business administration from the University of Connecticut. Rick is recognized as a certified shopping center manager by the International Council of Shopping Centers.

David Chanon
ASSET MANAGER
David Chanon currently is responsible for the investment management functions and performance of a portfolio with over 1,300,000 square feet of retail, office and industrial properties. Upon joining the Stiles organization in 2005, he focused primarily on development and repositioning opportunities for the existing Stiles portfolio. Prior to joining Stiles, he served as an investment manager for a private equity firm in Wilmington, North Carolina. His professional career has been focused primarily in the investment and asset management fields, with previous experience in portfolio development and supervision. David is a graduate of Wake Forest University where he earned a bachelor’s in economics.

Jennifer Dewey
ASSET MANAGER
Jennifer Dewey is responsible for the investment management functions and performance of more than 1 million square feet of retail and office properties. Jennifer joined Stiles in 2005 following her tenure at The Related Group, a residential real estate group. Before earning her MBA in finance and real estate from the University of Florida in 2004, Jennifer was a New York City-based advertising executive. Working with some of the world’s largest advertising agencies, Jennifer led major consumer accounts including Procter & Gamble brands for more than five years. In addition to her MBA, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in advertising from the University of Florida.

Raymond Fertig
ASSISTANT ASSET MANAGER
Ray Fertig is responsible for the performance of 500,000 square feet of retail properties and he provides support, research and analysis for all asset management functions of the investment services team. Prior to joining Stiles in 2006, Ray worked as a consultant for the management and information technology consulting firm Accenture. He received his master’s of business administration with a concentration in real estate from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business and holds bachelors’ degrees in both finance and management information systems also from the University of Florida.
