Tom Kates joined Stiles in 1984 as Vice President of Leasing and Marketing, which led to his current role as President of Stiles Realty since 1988. Under his direction, Stiles Realty has become one of the most respected and productive real estate brokerages in South Florida and one of the largest based in Broward County. Through his guidance and leadership, Stiles Realty has been responsible for more than 1,800 sales and lease transactions, totaling over 14 million square feet of space.
