As Senior Vice President – Retail, Alan Karrh provides strategic and operational leadership for Stiles Corporation’s statewide retail acquisitions and development efforts. A top-producing commercial real estate executive, Karrh is responsible for relationships and negotiations with national and regional retail chains,    with an emphasis on large anchor tenants. Karrh has more than 20 years of experience in brokerage, development, land sales and acquisitions, finance, leasing and management.  He was formerly president of Core Commercial Group, LLC in Port St. Lucie, a subsidiary of Core Communities, master developer of the 8,200-acre Tradition, Florida. 

Prior to joining Stiles, Karrh was vice president of investment with Regency Centers, a leading national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers. Karrh was also vice president of The Staubach Company’s office in Boca Raton, where he served as tenant representative to industry-leading national retailers. Karrh has successfully developed projects for Babies”R”Us, Bed Bath & Beyond, LA Fitness, LongHorn Steakhouse, McDonald’s, Michaels, National City, OfficeMax, Old Navy, Olive Garden, PetsMart, Pier 1 Imports, Publix, Sports Authority, SunTrust, Target Corporation, TJ Maxx and Wachovia. Karrh graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
