Todd Perrodin, a twenty-year industry veteran and award-winning architect, joined Stiles in June of 2010. As Project Architect, Todd develops programming and design concepts, coordinates the production of construction documents and manages engineering consultants, project assistants, schedules and budgets. Todd has successfully executed several projects for Stiles, including Publix at 18Biscayne in Miami and Publix 79 in Miami Beach, as well as major office and retail build-outs for Guarantee Insurance and Southern Wine and Spirits.

Todd began his career in Texas where he honed his skills by working on a variety of private sector projects including office buildings, retail centers, furniture stores and warehouse facilities. Prior to Stiles, Todd was Director of Architecture at Cedarwood Architectural, Inc., where he was responsible for developing the growth of Cedarwood Architectural's newest office in South Florida. Todd also held the title of Project Architect for prominent firms in Illinois, Missouri and Texas. He is a Registered with the state of Florida Architect and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Louisiana Tech University.
