A new South End office project by development firm Stiles Corp. is nearing completion.

300 West Summit, a three-story, 64,000-square-foot office building located on West Summit Avenue, celebrated its topping out in early July. Featuring a 2,000-square-foot rooftop terrace with unobstructed views of uptown Charlotte, 300 West Summit is located within walking distance of the Bland Street light-rail station and is surrounded by a wide variety of neighborhood restaurants and retail.

The boutique office building, which will include underground structured parking, is expected to deliver in October.

300 West Summit is located in South End’s growing Gold District, where a number of new restaurants, bars and shops are opening around the office building, including Max & Lola Bodega, Bardo, Yume Bistro and Pasta & Provisions.

“With its walkability, access to mass transit and incomparable neighborhood amenities, 300 West Summit is an ideal fit for innovative employers seeking to differentiate themselves as they recruit top talent,” said Charley Leavitt, managing director with JLL.

Leavitt and Stephen Woodard with JLL are marketing 300 West Summit on behalf of Stiles.
