Kenneth Stiles is Executive Vice President for Stiles. He also serves on the Company’s board of directors, executive committee, investment review committee and business development committee. As part of his chief responsibilities, Ken manages Stiles’ ongoing communication with the Company’s financial services partners, and works directly with the Stiles investment team to identify new business opportunities.  As a board member, he works closely with fellow members in the development and implementation of the company’s 50-year sustainability and growth plans. In addition, Ken supports the functions of the CEO and oversees the Stiles family office.
Ken’s passion for real estate began at an early age, through years of watching Terry Stiles build the corporation from only two employees in 1951 to 300 today. With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Elon University in North Carolina, Ken had already begun to lay the groundwork for a successful career at Stiles.
Ken began his career at Stiles as an assistant development manager working on major office building projects in South Florida including Lake Shore Plaza I in Sunrise. He quickly advanced taking the role as investment manager, in which he managed investments totaling several million for many significant projects, including Bank of Florida at Commercial Boulevard in Oakland Park, FL; Oak Tree Landing (an 815-acre fly-in community) in Gilchrist County, FL; YOLO Restaurant on Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale; and VIBE Las Olas night club in Ft. Lauderdale. Among his many other charitable involvements, Ken is very involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for which he earned an “Achievement in Fundraising” award and served as the event chair for the past three years on one of the organization’s largest fundraisers.
