As Senior Vice President, Tim oversees both the preconstruction and operations teams, serving as the single source of contact for all operational aspects to ensure a seamless process for clients from the start of contracts, throughout construction, to the final delivery of products. He facilitates communication, making certain preconstruction commitments, including design cost control, final project budgeting, and buyout, are successfully integrated with Þ eld work. Tim’s 20-plus years of management experience and his decade of involvement with all major Stiles’ projects give him the unique ability to lead in this role. Tim is a graduate of Lafayette University and has been with Stiles for over 13 years. Tim is married and has 4 children.
