As Director of Commercial and Mixd-Use Projects, Robert Fernandez is responsible for the overall management of each project of which he is assigned throughout the Design Cost Control process. He also plays a leading role in Business Development for continuing growth throughout the Southeast. Robert brings to Stiles 20 years of proven expertise in management, general contracting, estimating and business development.
Prior to Stiles, Robert was a Senior Project Manager for Codina Construction Corp. in Miami, where he managed major commercial and industrial projects. Robert has been directly involved with and personally managed several Stiles projects in Florida, includng Atlantic Hotel & Condominium for $30 million, Q Club Resort Hotel & Condominium for $60 million, FedEx Latin American Hub in Miami for $20 million, City Furniture in Tamarac for $30 million, and the Boulevard Square in Pembroke Pines for $18 million.

Robert is a graduate of Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut.
