Russ has more than 35 years experience in the construction industry with 24 years in South Florida. His knowledge is extensive in all facets of construction management, including estimating, value engineering, purchasing contract administration, developing client relations, as well as preparing and coordinating all RFP responsibilities, proposals and presentations.  Russ joined Stiles Construction Co. in 1984 in the Pre-Construction department and served as senior estimator for five years.  He was promoted to Vice President of Pre-Construction and within two years moved into the position of Vice President of Business Development. 

Russ's new business development projects include Samsung Electronics in Miami, FL for $6.5 million Public Storage, Inc. in Georgia and Florida for $15 million, El Dorado Furniture throughout South Florida for $17 million, Visa in Miami, FL for $23 million, and over $80 million in automotive dealership service facilities throughout Florida.
