As Director of Operations, Frank monitors projects throughout the construction process, ensuring superior client service by keeping clients’ needs at the forefront of the construction team. He is involved during the entire project duration, from conceptual and preconstruction planning to construction and final acceptance of completed assignments, and interfaces with clients and mentors members of the construction team to ensure that Stiles’ clients receive high-quality products in a reliable and timely manner.

A 20-year industry veteran, Frank began his career as an Electrical Engineer then gained extensive supervisory experience as a Project Manager with reputable South Florida construction companies, as well as a large Miami university, where he was responsible for developing and monitoring budgets and schedules for projects ranging from $200,000 to $20 million. His diverse background in commercial, condominium, aviation, offi ce building, and public-sector projects gives him the ability to succeed on all types of assignments. Frank has led Stiles through several multi-million dollar projects, including a $50 Million Dade County Aviation Department’s Cargo Building project, a $20 Million George Smathers Wellness Center at University of Miami project, and a $42 Million The Parc at Turnberry Isle, Aventura, apartment complex project. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University and a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
