Stiles Corporation has received numerous awards throughout the years in the areas of community appearance, industry achievement, economic development, craftsmanship, and more.

2007

  • Terry Stiles was presented with the Business Hall of Fame Laureate Award by Junior Achievement of South Florida.
  •  Platinum STEP safety award for the 6th consecutive year
  • American Builders and Contractors (ABC) Excellence in Construction Awards Business of the Year Finalist
  • McGraw-Hill’s Southeast Construction Magazine’s “Best of 2007” Awards recognized Dolphins Stadium as the Best Sports Project of the year and presented Merit Awards for both the Miami Dolphins Indoor Training Facility and the Q Club.
  • The Construction Association of South Florida’s (CASF) Craftsmanship Awards recognized 14 nominated craftsman for the following Stiles Construction Co. projects:

  • Riverwalk Trust and the City of Fort Lauderdale Department of Parks and Recre­ation recognized Stiles Corporation’s Plaza at Las Olas Place with the Downtown Decorating Award for Best High-Rise during the 2007 holiday season.

2006

  • 350 Las Olas Place condominium won The City of Fort Lauderdale's Community Appearance Award for outstanding achievement in Urban Environmental Design.
  • Doug Eagon was presented with the Distinguished Citizen of the Year award by the City of Fort Lauderdale
  • Madelayne Garcia was named one of Florida Real Estate Journal's Top Women in Real Estate
  • Steve Palmer was honored at the 1 st Annual Kids in Distress Voices of Children event
  • Broward Beautification Award: 350 Las Olas Condominium
  • Kris Stultz (Stiles Landscape) became one of only two Board Certified Master Arborists in the state of Florida
  • Stiles Realty's Madelayne Garcia was named
    NAIOP's Office Broker of the Year

2005

  • Construction Association of South Florida: Sunrise Publix project was recognized for the demolition of the previous office building, 3 awards for Champion Audi, 3 for Coral Hummer, 3 awards for 350 Las Olas Place, and one for The Parc at Turnberry.
  • ABC Construction Industry Business of the Year
  • STEP safety award for the fourth year in a row
  • Terry Stiles received the very first Industry Leader of the Year Award by University of Florida's Center for Real Estate Studies. This award is given for visionary and exemplary leadership in the Florida Real Estate Industry.
  • NAIOP Award of Excellence; 2005 Build-to-Suit Project of the Year for FedEx Miami Gateway facility (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties)
  • Robert Breslau, President of Stiles Retail was appointed to the state level of the International Council of Shopping Centers' Executive Committee
  • Broward Beautiful Beautification Awards, 2005:11 AWARDS!!! Multi Family Dwellings: 1st Place, Hawks Landing; 2nd Place, Hollywood Oaks; 3rd Place Windsor Palms.   • ABC Florida East Coast Chapter "Excellence in Construction" Awards - Las Olas City Centre garnered an Eagle Award (top prize) in the Commercial $30-75 million range; La Cascade garnered a Eagle Award (top prize) in the Multi-family Residential $15-30 million range; The Atlantic garnered a Eagle Award (top prize) in the Multi-family Residential $30-75 million range; Stiles Construction also won The Platinum Award for Safety 2004.
  • City of Miami Gardens ' Keep Miami Gardens Beautiful Award for ProPlayer Stadium landscaping, 2004.
  • Community Appearance Awards, City of Fort Lauderdale : Alpine Jaguar and La Cascade
  • “Hall of Fame” Award presented to Terry Stiles and Stiles Corporation employees the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce at the annual “Salute to Business” ceremony on November 12, 2003.
  • “Outstanding Corporation” Philanthropic Award was presented by Sun-Sentinel to the Stiles Corporation in November 2003 for their years of work in the local communities.
  • Southeast Magazine Construction awards presented Stiles Construction’s La Cascade Condominium with an “Award of Merit” for Best Private Project less than $100 million.
  • Best Spec Office — Bank of America Plaza at Las Olas City Centre; Best "Build-to-Suit" — City Furniture at Sawgrass Center; Member Company of the Year, 2002 NAIOP South Florida Chapter
