POSITION TITLE: Project Manager - Architect

SUMMARY
Provides architectural services ranging from Preliminary Design through Construction Administration for multiple projects at one time. Representation of Architecture 6400, Inc., through contact with Clients, outside business units and municipalities. Oversees production of work from in-house CADD Operators and coordinate with outside Consultants.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop programming and design concepts varying in complexity (i.e. site planning, building design and interior space planning).

SUMMARY:

Responsible for assisting in budgeting process and final input into ARGUS.
Month end responsibilities include review of trial balance, budget variance review, process all journal entries, bank reconciliations, generate monthly financial statements and prepare consolidation schedules for portfolio reporting.
Responsible for daily review of invoice coding from Property Management and Development. Review and code all owners' expense invoices. Weekly review of accounts payable and responsible for choosing invoices for payment.
Monthly prepare of draw requests to lenders and review of job cost variance reporting. Communicate regularly with Development and Construction departments.
Responsible for set up and maintenance of all partnership accounting records.

JOB TITLE: BOOKKEEPER (with HR Administrative Responsibilities)

The purpose of this position is to maintain, input, and update data utilizing Timberline software and follow established accounting practices and procedures to produce reports and financials in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with corporate guidelines. Also acts as a liaison with the corporate human resources department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Collections of delinquent accounts receivable.
- Code and divide cost of fuel by sub-division and input data into spreadsheet.
- Prepare and verify time sheets for input.
- Sort and distribute paychecks.
- Verify safety class attendance sheets.
- Coordinate employee injuries for Worker's Compensation and inform appropriate person at HQ.
- Create new employee packages and process new employees
- Initiate employee background checks.
