In 1951, as South Florida was just being discovered by Americans searching for the ideal place to live, work and play, Howard K. Stiles founded Stiles Corporation as a general contracting firm primarily involved in residential construction. As South Florida has evolved over the years, so has Stiles. In 1971, the company's leadership was assumed by Howard's son, Terry W. Stiles.
Celebrating over fifty years, Stiles Corporation has experience with virtually every type of commercial real estate project, including master-planned mixed-use corporate parks, build-to-suit facilities, speculative office and industrial complexes, retail shopping centers and automotive facilities. The corporation develops properties for its portfolio, in joint venture partnerships and for third-party owners. Stiles ability to guide a project's every aspect translates to increased property values and growth that benefits not only clients, partners and investors, but the surrounding community as well. |
