Senior Vice President Development

Jeff Lis brings more than 36 years of real estate development experience to his role as Vice President for landmark Stiles Development properties. He is responsible for coordinating the full range of disciplines to bring key Stiles Development projects to completion on time and on budget In this role, he oversees all aspects – development of financial models conceptually creating the capital asset, architectural design and construction oversight, project and partnership accounting, budget management, leasing, tenant improvement coordination, and property management, etc. for timely delivery of finished shell space and tenant build-outs. Lis’ development and brokerage expertise is wide-ranging, based on his involvement in high-profile office, industrial and retail projects throughout South Florida.

During his tenure at Stiles Lis has overseen the development of the Class A office projects 350 Las Olas, 450 Las Olas, Stiles Corporate Headquarters and Las Olas City Centre, as well as projects for Federal Express and Nokia. Before joining Stiles Development, he served as Director of Strategic Planning and Governmental Affairs for a West Palm Beach based developer. From land acquisition and due diligence through professional team supervision and governmental approvals, he spearheaded key built-to-suit and design/build facilities including Office Depot’s 250,000-square foot World Headquarters addition, Wackenhut Center in Palm Beach Gardens, and Metritek’s offices in Boca Raton. A graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa, Lis is licensed as a Florida real estate broker, and holds the Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI) accreditation.
