President

Development 

As President of Development, David Siegel is responsible for project conceptualization, financial analysis, site plan and government approvals, as well as permitting and coordination of the architectural, engineering and construction phases of the project, including the leasing and property management of the facility and the corporate parks. He oversaw the development of the Sawgrass International Corporate Park which included the suburban office projects of International Place Phase I-III, Lake Shore Plaza Phase I & II and Martin Professional Lighting, an Industrial Build-to-Suit. Additionally, he oversaw the development of Huntington Corporate Park which included Huntington Centre Phase I & II and Miramar Medical Building.
