George Boue Vice President, Human Resources


As Vice President of Human Resources, George Boué is responsible for all human capital management activities, leading a team of compensation, benefits, and talent management professionals. After receiving a Master of Science degree in Environmental and Occupational Health Science from Hunter College in New York, he started his career in the environmental, health and safety industry, in consulting and corporate roles. He led consulting departments at TRC Environmental, ATEC Associates, and LAW Engineering. On the corporate side, he had EHS responsibilities for Nortel Networks' Caribbean & Latin American operations.

At Nortel, alongside the Human Resources team, he also managed business ethics activities for Latin America and helped develop Nortel's global Code of Business Conduct and affiliated training programs. When Nortel decided to outsource its manufacturing, he was invited to join the HR team and made a career change. He then obtained an International Executive MBA from Vanderbilt University.

Mr. Boué was involved in Nortel's mergers and acquisitions activities in the 90s, and relocated to Silicon Valley during the tech boom to lead the HR department for Shasta IP Services. He returned to Florida and was the VP of HR for MasTec, a global telecommunications infrastructure company in Miami. He joined Stiles in 2004.

Mr. Boué earned a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University and Master of Science in Occupational Health and Safety from Hunter College School of Medicine. He also completed the professional executive coaching program at the University of Miami, a talent he enjoys applying with Stiles leadership. He holds the Senior Certified Professional designation from the Society for Human Resource Management and obtained the LEED-AP IDC accreditation. George is fluent in Spanish and resides in Miami with his wife Mary Pat.
