Jeff Peal President, Stiles Architectural Group

Jeffrey Peal joined Stiles Corporation in 1980 and has been successfully leading its architectural division, Stiles Architectural Group, formerly known as Architecture 6400, Inc. as President since 1987. He is responsible for strategy, corporate guidance, management, and budgets. Client satisfaction is job one for Mr. Peal, who is also involved in design development and contract negotiations on major projects. Utilizing his technical abilities, attention to detail, code knowledge, and understanding of construction methods and materials, Mr. Peal is instrumental in his team delivering exceptional products that exceed clients' expectations.

In addition to his strategic and leadership responsibilities, Mr. Peal has completed a variety of well-known designs. These include large, commercial projects, such as the $10-million renovation and expansion of the Plaza at Las Olas, an 8-story, 91,000-square-foot office building, as well as NaBanco's 4-story, 101,803-square-foot, $15-million corporate complex. Mr. Peal also designed Stiles' original headquarters, a 5-story, 60,000-square-foot, $6-million building, which was located at 6400 Park Plaza.

Mr. Peal's proudest accomplishments have included retail designs, most notably with City Furniture, for which Jeff has designed and / or remodeled over 1.8 million square feet at 24 facilities, including their 1-million-square-foot, design-build corporate headquarters, showroom, and warehouse distribution center in Tamarac.

Mr. Peal has also provided architectural services for automotive dealerships, completing the design for the 77,000-square-foot Maroone Toyota dealership; the 450,000-square-foot, $17.5-million Coral Springs Auto Mall; and the 2-story, 22,000-square-foot, $5.6-million Warren Henry Infiniti dealership.

Mr. Peal earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Louisiana State University and is a Registered Architect in the State of Florida (9002).
