Madelayne joined Stiles Realty as Director of Real Estate in 2001. Madelayne has over twenty years of leasing, property/asset management and marketing experience, and is responsible for successfully leasing over 1 million square feet of Class “A” office space for Stiles. Her portfolio has consisted of properties owned by Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association, Triple Net Properties and numerous private investors.

Specifically, her portfolio has included: Harbour Centre, a 220,000 square foot “Class A” office building in Aventura; four suburban “Class A” office buildings located in the Sawgrass International Corporate Park in Sunrise measuring approximately 350,000 square feet; and the SunTrust International Center in Downtown Miami, a 408,000 square foot office building owned by Guggenheim/Stiles Corporation joint venture.

Prior to joining Stiles, Madelayne was the Director of Leasing at The Hogan Group, where she represented the 230,000 square foot Royal Palm at SouthPointe, a joint venture between The Hogan Group and Credit Suisse First Boston, as well as other properties owned by Centex Development. She also spent ten years, collectively, at Terranova Corporation and Paragon Group/Travelers Insurance Company, where she represented various landlords such as The Travelers Insurance Company, New York Life, SPP Investment Management and Barrow Street Capital in a leasing and asset management capacity. Her awards include the 2005 Office Broker of the Year Award by the South Florida Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties as well as the Florida Real Estate Journal’s Top Woman in Florida, Commercial Real Estate 2006. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Miami. She is a Designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). She is also a Past President of Commercial Real Estate Women in Miami (CREW-Miami) and former Board of Director of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, where she also chaired the 2009 and 2010 Annual Awards of Excellence.
