Meredith Worley Development Manager

As Development Manager for Stiles Residential Group, Meredith Worley focuses on a myriad of cross functional components for multifamily development projects. Her responsibilities include managing and/or producing deal analysis, municipal approvals, permitting, unit and market analysis, due diligence, design and development, construction coordination, deal and contract negotiations, financial underwriting, budget management, and overall project management.

Ms. Worley joined Stiles in 2013 following the completion of her Master's Degree from the University of Miami in Real Estate Development + Urbanism. During her graduate studies, she was the class Graduate Teaching Assistant while also balancing internships at Flagler Real Estate Services, Thomas & Evelyn Architecture and Cherokee Civil Engineering.

Beginning her career as Site Planning and Development Administrative Assistant at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami, Ms. Worley, acquired 80+ Zoning Variances necessary to develop housing on specialty sites previously been deemed undevelopable.

With her attention to detail and well-rounded foundation to manage challenges and resolve issues, Ms. Worley, is an integral part of the residential development team.
