Ms. Meredith Worley joined Stiles in June 2013 as a Development Manager. Her responsibilities include assisting in the development planning, analyzing, and coordination of multifamily real estate projects. Within these duties, Ms. Worley is directly involved with negotiations of land purchases, leases, partnership agreements, due diligence, governmental approvals, site entitlements, construction, projects budgets and monthly reporting.
Ms. Worley began her career as a Site Planning and Development Administrative Assistant at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami specializing in Zoning Variances for undersized infill lots. While completing her master's degree at the University of Miami, Ms. Worley worked at Thomas & Evelyn Architecture and Cherokee Civil Engineering, assisting in both the design and engineering for development communities in Port Au Prince, Haiti. During that time, she also interned at Flagler Real Estate Services as a Financial and Market Analyst. She performed property valuations, produced Broker's Opinion of Values and Offering Memorandums, and took part in deal negotiations.
In her spare time, Ms. Worley enjoys scuba diving, boating, and fishing.
