Stiles has been commended repeatedly for its participation in such landmark projects as Bank of America Plaza at Las Olas City Centre, the Sun Sentinel building at New River Center and Republic Plaza (formerly Blockbuster Plaza), which proved to inspire the revitalization of downtown Fort Lauderdale. Among the long list of impressive projects in the Stiles portfolio are the SunTrust International Centres in Miami and Tampa and Maitland Green in Orlando.

In 2008, Stiles delivered Fort Lauderdale’s first‐to‐market green office building, Lake Shore Plaza II. Lake Shore Plaza II has been developed, designed, built, managed and leased by Stiles, and is currently LEED pre‐certified by the United States Green Building Council. The Stiles headquarters is also currently undergoing the transition to becoming a green building and all future developments by the company will be built to green standards.
