FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA --  Veteran commercial real estate broker Steve Paige has joined Stiles Realty as director of leasing for Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast, focused on leasing and tenant representation for office and industrial property owners.

In his new role, Paige has launched Stiles’ leasing program for Courthouse Commons, a five-story, over 93,000-square-foot Class A office building adjacent to the Palm Beach County Courthouse in West Palm Beach.  GFB Courthouse Holdings Inc. recently assumed ownership of the building and retained Stiles Realty and Stiles Property Management to provide leasing and management services.

“A leading broker in the Palm Beach/Treasure Coast area for over 20 years, Steve brings an astute grasp of office market dynamics – along with a deep business and community network,” said Stiles Realty President Tom Kates.  “He’s a key strategic asset as a growing list of the region’s property owners turn to our team for a competitive edge in marketing their properties.”

During his career as a licensed real estate broker in Florida, Paige has successfully completed over 300 sales and lease transactions valued in excess of $100 million.  He most recently was director of leasing/marketing for McCraney Property Company, and previously served as vice president with Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.. (JLL).  At JLL, he completed over $50 million in transactions and was lead broker for high-profile properties including the Esperante office building in West Palm Beach.  He previously was leasing director with Parthenon Realty and had worked in the same capacity at Koger Equity, a public REIT that owned approximately 20 million square feet of office space throughout the southeastern U.S.

Paige, who earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration at Boston University,  was ranked among Palm Beach County’s “Top 20 Brokers” by CoStar Group, and has received the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Palm Beach County Leasing Specialist of the Year award.  He is active in the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Economic Forum of Palm Beach County.
In the Palm Beach/Treasure Coast market, Stiles is providing single-source solutions to enhance the value of a range of commercial properties.  Complementing Paige’s leasing program for the five-story Courthouse Commons complex is management headed by Wendy Hernandez of Stiles Property Management.

Headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Stiles has regional offices in West Palm Beach, Miami, Tampa, Ft. Myers and Orlando, Fla.  Stiles is currently responsible for the leasing and management of 6.2 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use residential projects throughout the southeastern United States.
