Plaza at Las Olas:
Stiles owned and managed corporate headquarters, Plaza at Las Olas, was the recipient of the Regional TOBY award in the Outstanding Building under 100,000 SF category. Located at 301 East Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale, the property was originally built as a two-story structure in the 1940’s. Plaza at Las Olas has been renovated four times over the last eight decades and has become a landmark on Las Olas Boulevard. With its most recent renovation, the property earned LEED certification while being transformed into a contemporary and functional Class A office space boasting nine stories, clean lines, a crisp façade and nightclub on the ground floor. The office building is managed by Stiles Property Management team Nicki O’Neill, Yakir Dotan, Brad Hart and Villard Vixamar.
Recipient of the Regional TOBY Award for Retail Property, Legacy Place in Palm Beach Gardens was granted top retail honors. Located at 11290 Legacy Avenue, the retail center comprises more than 424,513 square feet of retail space directly across from Downtown at the Gardens. The award winning shops are managed by Stiles Property Management team Wendy Hernandez, Ana Torres, and Dwayne Soderberg.
The TOBY Awards are the most prestigious and coveted awards of their kind in the commercial real estate industry. The awards recognize superiority in office and industrial buildings and reward excellence in building management. During the review process, all facets of a building’s operations are thoroughly evaluated – from community involvement and site management to environmental and green policies and procedures.
