In his role as a Project Architect, Danilo acts as the point person with the client and ensures the overall success of architectural projects from inception to completion. Specifically, he develops programming and design concepts, coordinates the production of construction documents and manages engineering consultants, project assistants, schedules and budgets. During the construction administration phase of the project, he coordinates shop drawing reviews, field inspections, drawing clarifications, and product approvals. Danilo has an extensive knowledge of the Florida building, life safety, and accessibility codes.  He also has received his LEED accreditation and is intimately involved in the green building movement.

Danilo has developed his architectural skills over the past 19 years. He began as a Design Team Member and has advanced his career and experience by working on a variety of product types from private sector projects including office buildings, retail centers, furniture stores and warehouse facilities to the public-sector projects comprised of middle schools, public housing, and senior centers.  Danilo’s many years of experience and his abilities to conceptualize, visualize, and communicate both graphically and verbally help him to put together complex projects that are creative, functional and cost effective. Danilo holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Florida A&M University, and is a member the American Institute of Architects. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and Registered Architect with the state of Florida.
