With 15 years experience in the fields of Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Construction, and Project Management, Mr. Balsamo’s industry knowledge is both diverse and wide-ranging. While attending the University of Miami he studied Architecture and City Planning in several major cities in Europe. It is there where his knowledge in design was honed. Early in his career Balsamo worked for local Architect specializing in high-end residential and commercial spaces. He continued his career moving on to an Architecture firm specializing in multi-family and high rise residential projects, and designed more than 50  projects. Balsamo started his career at Stiles Construction as a Preconstruction Manager, and more recently transitioned to Tenant Improvement Services where he is part of a specialized team delivering superb service to their clients. Balsamo has had the fortunate opportunity to see the industry from many vantage points, and has the flexibility and resources to adapt to any situation. he holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Maryland, and a Masters of Architecture from the University of Miami.
