With over 28 years of experience in the construction and development industry in Florida, Michael Miller understands the complexities and critical issues involved with development and client service.  Joining Stiles in 1996, Michael has been responsible for the successful completion and implementation of more than three million square feet of tenant improvements and client related projects.  As Vice President of Tenant Improvements, Michael oversees all aspects of architecture, construction, accounting, utilizing his expertise in project management, interior architectural finishes, space planning, furniture design, budgeting, estimating, relocation planning and move coordination, for the timely delivery of finished space through occupancy.

He was previously Senior Vice President, Central Florida Operations for Florida Interior Contracting Organization, which was responsible for Sales, Marketing, Estimating, and Construction of over 3,500,000 square feet of commercial office space for National and Regional Developers as Trammell Crow, Tishman Speyer, Lincoln Properties, and The Landmark Group.

Michael personally managed and oversaw all downtown Fort Lauderdale high rise tenant improvement projects including the first generation interior construction totaling approximately 1,129,000 square feet of office and retail space.   In addition he has managed approximately four million square feet of first generation, second generation and Institutional partner properties.

Michael attended Kent State University and studied Architectural Technology.
