Jeff McDonough is a Sr. Development Manager for Stiles, where he represents the owner on all day-to-day activities of commercial real estate development projects. McDonough’s responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the real estate development process, including project conceptualization and planning, due diligence and financial feasibility analysis, architectural and engineering design, as well as obtaining all governmental approvals and permits, hiring and administering the construction contractor, and coordinating the financing, leasing, and sale teams on each project.
Since joining Stiles in 2005, McDonough has been instrumental in numerous projects. He has served as the owner’s representative for Centra, a 198-unit townhome project located in Boca Raton; West Marine’s Fort Lauderdale flagship retail store, a 50,000 sq. ft. store that is the largest in their chain; and most recently was appointed to oversee One Plantation Place residential, where he is responsible for the execution of a 321-unit, high-rise, luxury apartment project, to be located in Plantation, FL.
McDonough currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Young Leaders Group for the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Southeast Florida region, and in such capacity he sits on the District Council's Advisory Board. And also is a member of ULI’s Housing Committee. Jeff also serves on the City of Boca Raton’s Zoning Board of Adjustment, and is a member of the University of Florida FARE and the U.S. Green Building Council.
McDonough holds a Master's degree in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Richmond (Va.), where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He is a Certified Public Accountant and LEED Accredited Professional.
