Benjamin Boies joined Stiles in 2010 as Investment Analyst in the Financial Services division. His primary focus is portfolio valuation, property tax assessment and financial performance of development and redevelopment projects.  Ben also assists the Financial Services team in evaluation of annual budgets, refinancing of existing assets and the financing of newly developed projects.
Ben earned a master's degree in Real Estate Development from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship. He is also involved with the NOVA Southeastern Real Estate Alumni serving in the capacity of Sergeant-at-Arms. His passion for the industry is evident in his active involvement with professional organizations, including Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), where he assisted his graduate class in winning the Inaugural NAIOP Collegiate Real Estate Challenge.
