Bryson is charged with the acquisition of real estate investments. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, financing and forming of ownership structures for these investments. Additionally, Bryson plays a part in the evaluation of certain development projects and other joint venture partnerships for the company.

Prior to his role in acquisitions, Bryson managed a portfolio of over $500 MM in assets and procured $250 MM in real estate construction and development financing. The portfolio consisted of both CBD and suburban office, retail, multifamily and mixed use products throughout the state of Florida. Bryson joined Stiles Development Company in 2006 and was tasked with financial analysis and consultant coordination of mixed-use, multi-family and office developments for the company.

Bryson graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a degree in Classical History. In 2006, he earned a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida. He currently serves as the Chairman of the University of Florida’s Bergstrom Council and the President of Florida Alpha Alumni & Volunteer Corporation.
