SCHEDULE FACILITY’S TESTING

Schedule all testing and training for new equipment. Provide client with all manufacturer warranties and extended service contracts.

PROVIDE PROJECT CLOSE-OUT AND DOCUMENTATION REVIEW

• Inspect all contractor as-builts, manufacturer guarantees, final releases of liens, and contractor’s final affidavit
• Close-out and review all final payments to the contractor after all work has been completed and accepted by the client, architect and engineer
• Reconcile tenant improvement expenditure with landlord and request client’s tenant improvement overage
