Dee Guerrier

Dee Guerrier joined Stiles with over 14 years of experience in the property management industry. She is responsible for overseeing the day to day management and operations of a mixed-use property, featuring luxury residential condominiums, office, and retail tenants; located in the heart of Coral Gables.

With a over a decade of operations and property management experience in South Florida, Dee joined Stiles from KW Homes where she assisted with operations and management of 635 to 1200 single homes. Dee updated the condominium websites and was responsible for coding and entering all invoices for over 50 accounts. In addition, she submitted and maintained architectural approvals, maintenance requests, sales/ lease information, as well as nay other imperative forms for property enhancement or modifications.

Prior to KW Homes, Dee worked for First Service and was responsible for the day-to-day operations and coordination of association business for a 165 unit, 32-story luxury high rise condominium. Dee was awarded by Stiles as “Employee of the Month” for delivering outstanding service on the Tri-Rail project, being resourceful, professional, reliable, taking initiative, and reactive to urgent matters. Dee is also a Licensed Community Association Manager and Tax Preparer.
