including facilities management, lease administration, landlord/tenant relations, vendor sourcing and negotiation, budget planning and administration, financial report preparation, team building, staff training/development and property inspections.
Ms. Elias oversees the day-to-day operations of a 200K SF retail plaza which consists of 45 local and national tenants. She is responsible for regular property inspections ensuring the highest quality presentation to current and prospective tenants as well as determining the necessity of repairs and maintenance. She controls the monthly financials, processes all invoices and monthly accruals, prepares financial operating reports as well as tenant bill backs. She assists in the organization and preparation of the annual budget and CAM reconciliations.
Among her other responsibilities, she tracks lease expirations, creates and reviews lease abstracts, meets with prospective tenants, investigates complaints, disturbances, violations and emergency situations while responding to them in an effective and according manner.
Ms. Elias began her Property Management career at JT Construction managing their high end residential home portfolio. She later joined Flagler Corporate Center and managed a portfolio consisting of a +/- 600K SF Class B corporate office building.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and is a member of BOMA Miami Dade.
