Alexander Baker
Project Manager, Tenant Project Management
Mr. Alex Baker joined Stiles in 2023 as a Project Manager for the Tenant Improvement division. He is responsible for assisting in the planning, analyzing
and coordination of the build-out and occupation of tenant spaces. Furthermore, he is responsible for tenant plans, governmental approvals, preparation of budgets, schedules and close-outs.
Mr. Baker came to Stiles from CBRE where he worked alongside several project managers on multi-discipline projects such as landlord oversight, tenant
improvement and capital improvements. Mr. Baker received his Bachelor of Arts in Managerial Science with a concentration in Operations from Georgia State University. He also holds a Fundamentals of Project Management Certificate from the University of Texas.
