Alexandra Missan

Alexandra Missan joined Stiles in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant and was soon promoted to Assistant Property Manager at Las Olas City Centre, a premier Class “A” LEED Gold, 23-story office building consisting of 408,079 SF of office and retail tenants. In September 2016, Alexandra moved to New River Center, which is another Class A building consisting of 287,043 SF of office and retail tenants.

At Las Olas City Centre, Alexandra executed a high standard of tenant satisfaction resulting in a survey score that surpassed the Kingsley Index competitive benchmark. At New River Center, she contributed to the process for the building to achieve LEED Gold status.

Alexandra was promoted to Property Manager in 2020 where she currently manages a portfolio consisting of four properties: Weston Lakes Plaza, Monarch Town Center, 1600 North Park Drive and the Monarch Lakes Property Owners’ Association. This portfolio contains of a mixture of industrial and retail assets totaling 482,210 square feet, along with 39 building owners in the Association covering a 225-acre area. Prior to joining Stiles, she oversaw the retail property located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.

Alexandra holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida State University. She is a member of BOMA Fort Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches.
