Brad Dinneen

Mr. Brad Dinneen joined Stiles in 2013, as an Associate assisting on a portfolio of approximately one million square feet of Class A buildings in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Now Vice President of Stiles Retail Group, Mr. Dinneen represents a portfolio of properties owned by local and institutional landlords throughout Broward and Palm Beach County.

Since 2013, Mr. Dinneen has brokered hundreds of commercial real estate transactions valued over $70 million in total consideration.

In 2017, Mr. Dinneen was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM institute. The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying experience.

Mr. Dinneen’s vast knowledge of the market is partially attributed to growing up in Broward County. Being a South Florida native, Mr. Dinneen utilizes an intuitive approach to real estate and a unique foresight for changing market trends. Mr. Dinneen is a graduate of Florida State University’s College of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate.
