Brendan Keating

Mr. Brendan Keating is currently Development Manager with Stiles Retail Goup, where he is primarily focused on ground-up development of retail centers ranging from grocery-anchored developments to large format centers with nationally recognized tenants. Additionally, he will also be focused on ground-up development in the commercial office space. As such, he is currently developing a build-to-suit 65,000 sf office building with lush landscape for The Jim Moran Foundation targeting LEED Gold.

Mr. Keating first joined Stiles in 2019 as Project Manager in the Tenant Project Management division, where he was responsible for managing the construction process from LOI to build-out completion. He successfully provided a seamless transition for owners and tenants of all types, including retail and restaurant, office, and mixed-use. That experience gave Mr. Keating a deep understanding of not only the development process, but also the unique needs of tenants in today’s evolving construction landscape.

Prior to joining Stiles, Mr. Keating served with Turner Construction as a General Contractor and Tenant Improvement Construction Manager. He was involved with notable projects such as the Whitney Museum, Bloomberg LP, Brookfield Properties, NBC Studios, and Beam Suntory.

Mr. Keating received his Bachelor of Engineering in Marine Engineering from SUNY Maritime College and is a member of NAIOP and ICSC. He is also working toward an MBA from the University of Florida.
