Cyndi Johnson

Cyndi Johnson joined Stiles Property Management in 2025 and currently oversees management operations for the retail, office, and association properties throughout the Carolinas.

In her role, Cyndi is responsible for client and tenant relations, budgeting, financial reporting, and overall operational and financial performance. She also leads interior renovations, tenant onboarding initiatives, and capital improvement projects focused on enhancing asset value while supporting tenant satisfaction and retention.

With more than 20 years of property management experience across the Carolinas, Cyndi has developed a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with local, regional, and national tenants, while successfully managing complex operational projects. Prior to joining Stiles, she served as Senior Property Manager at Insite Properties and as Property Manager at Flagship Healthcare Properties. She also previously served as President of the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Cyndi earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is known for her collaborative approach and commitment to building lasting relationships that support long-term asset performance and client success.

She is actively involved in her community through The Alzheimer’s Association and participates in an annual bike ride across South Carolina to raise funds for the organization in honor of her late mother. She is also an avid tennis player and enjoys boating and skiing on Lake Norman.
