Jessica Dodson

Jessica Dodson first joined Stiles Property Management in 2011, where she served for five years as a Property Manager overseeing a diverse portfolio of retail, office, industrial, and flex assets across Central Florida. After gaining additional experience in regional portfolio oversight, she returned to Stiles three years ago as a Senior Property Manager and was quickly recognized for her exceptional performance and leadership. Through her dedication and strong work ethic, Ms. Dodson earned a promotion to General Manager. In her current role, she oversees the Central Florida, West Coast, and Tampa management teams across Stiles’ retail, office, association, industrial, and flex portfolios.

Throughout her tenure with Stiles, Ms. Dodson has demonstrated a deep understanding of tenant improvements, capital improvement projects, budgeting, financial reporting, tenant relations, and operational excellence, which has defined her 20-year career in property management.

Ms. Dodson’s background also includes experience in regional portfolio oversight with Exeter Property Group, where she managed more than 3 million square feet of industrial and flex properties across North and Central Florida. Her strong analytical and leadership skills, combined with a commitment to client service and operational efficiency, have earned her a reputation for excellence among owners, tenants, and vendors alike.

Ms. Dodson is passionate about mentoring and fostering team growth, ensuring that high standards of service and professionalism are maintained across all managed assets.

She attended Seminole Community College in general studies towards an Associate of Arts degree while also attending Convergys Technical Training Center for Technical/Continuing Education Courses in Time Management producing exceptional grades.
