Matthew Lilly

Matthew Lilly joined Stiles Property Management in 2017 as an Assistant Property Manager and, through his notable achievements, advanced to Property Manager and ultimately Senior Property Manager. In his current role, Matt oversees client and tenant relations, budgeting, reporting, and operational and financial management. He also leads interior renovations, tenant onboarding, and capital improvement projects designed to enhance property value while ensuring tenant satisfaction and retention.

Over the past nine years, Matt has assisted or directly managed more than 1 million square feet of office, retail, and restaurant space, including the Sawgrass Technology Office Park in Sunrise. His experience spans cultivating strong relationships with local, regional, and national tenants, as well as managing complex operational projects such as HVAC replacements, monument signage, security systems, parking lot restoration, façade repairs, and large-scale painting initiatives. Currently, Matt manages The Main, home to Stiles Corporation’s corporate headquarters.

Among his accomplishments, Matt and his team earned the 2025 BOMA Outstanding Building of the Year Award for The Main in the 250,000–500,000 SF office category. The Main is LEED Gold certified, BOMA 360 certified, and received Energy Star certification for sustainable operations in 2024.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in English (Editing, Writing, and Media) with a Minor in General Business from Florida State University. He is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beaches and a 2023 graduate of Leadership Broward. Committed to community engagement, Matt has led fundraising efforts for Jack & Jill’s holiday classroom adoption program, raising over $2,000 annually to provide gifts for elementary school students.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time with family and friends, and attending sporting events.
