Stiles Realty, a division of the full-service real estate development firm, Stiles, announced it has arranged the sale of a parcel located at 1620 North Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale.

The asset is situated along retail row on North Federal Highway in the Coral Ridge neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, one of Broward’s most prestigious retail locations.

Stiles Realty Senior Vice President Kimberly Barbar represented the buyer, Urbano, while Bill Rotella of The Rotella Group represented the seller, the Roselli family.

The site, a rare build-to-suit opportunity for a national tenant, is situated on 1.23 acres on North Federal Highway adjacent to prime retail such as Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Office Depot and Nordstrom Rack. Traffic counts average more than 47,000 cars per day.

“This asset is in a prime location in one of the most vibrant retail areas of Broward County and further demonstrates the strength of investment in retail in Fort Lauderdale,” said Barbar. “Urbano was seeking a site with maximum flexibility in a desirable setting, and Stiles was proud to help them achieve their goals.”
The transaction marks Stiles Realty’s third major North Federal Highway retail sale in just over a year. The two previous sales were the former Sublime Restaurant site at 1431 North Federal and the Fresh Market site at 424 North Federal.
