Continuing a recent trend of medical providers seeking space in grocery-anchored retail centers, Stiles Retail Group (SRG) announced two new leases at Three Meadows Plaza in Rockledge.

A provider of in-home senior care and a dental group each signed leases for 1,200 SF spaces at the center. Senior Associate Stephanie D’Amico handled the leasing for SRG, a division of the full-service real estate development firm, Stiles.

“Medical users are continuing to expand in Central Florida and grocery-anchored centers are an ideal home for them,” D’Amico said. “This trend will continue as the health care sector grows, and locations in daily-need centers will be highly sought after.”
Three Meadows Plaza is a 61,350-square-foot, ALDI-anchored neighborhood retail center located less than a mile from Viera, one of the top 25 planned communities in the U.S. The center is located a mile from I-95 at the intersection of Barnes Blvd. and Murrell Rd.

“Three Meadows Plaza’s location adjacent to Viera is a huge opportunity for the right tenant,” D’Amico added. “While Viera has retail spaces available, tenants can get access to the Viera customer at a fraction of the price at our location in Rockledge.”
Senior Helpers, the in-home care provider moving into Three Meadows, is slated to open in Q1 2021. They join Sky Zone, Tropical Smoothie Café, Hair Cuttery, Advance Auto Parts among other tenants at Three Meadows Plaza.

“Senior Helpers® is the nation’s premier provider of in-home senior care, with our newest location coming to Rockledge,” owner Marc Kaplan said. “Covering all of Brevard county, our services range from specialized care for those with chronic diseases to companion services for seniors looking for assistance with daily activities. Our team looks forward to increasing quality of life for you and loved ones with compassion and care beginning 2021.”
