WAKE FOREST —The Grove Ninety-Eight, a Wake Forest mixed-use development known for its 100,000 square-foot Wegmans, announced “topping out” The Lindley, the development’s residential section.

Topping out celebrates the construction of the highest part of a building. When complete, the development, along Highway 98 at Ligon Mill Road, will offer 395 residential units and 80,000 square-feet of retail space.

“We are pleased to be one step closer to delivering a desirable, highly amenitized community to the growing Wake Forest market,” Jeff McDonough, president of Stiles Residential Group, the project’s developer, said in a statement.

The Lindley will feature 232 units, with first occupancy expected this summer.

“In addition to luxury living, The Lindley will offer residents unprecedented ease-of-access to everything they need, from a variety of dining options and services to grocery shopping,” McDonough said.

The first phase of retail tenants will include Black Rifle Coffee Co., Torchy’s Tacos, CAVA, Sleep Number, Deca Dental and One Medical.

The Grove Ninety-Eight will provide over 5,000 square feet of patio areas for dining, connecting paths and gathering spaces.
