Tavian quickly emersed himself into his role and has truly become a Stiles ambassador within the industry. He is extremely hard working, ambitious and dedicated to the team. Tavian is prompt and thorough in completing his assignments and is able to balance supporting a large team with tight deadlines. His positive energy is contagious making him a pleasure to work with cross divisionally.
