Stiles, a full-service commercial real estate firm with a 75-year history across the Southeast, today announced its entry into the Kentucky market with the development of a new Publix Super Market in Bowling Green.

The project marks a significant milestone as Stiles continues to expand its footprint into high-growth markets throughout the Southeast, including Florida, the Carolinas, and Tennessee.

Located at the southeast corner of Campbell Lane and Smallhouse Road, the development will feature a 54,946-square-foot Publix Super Market, adjacent Publix Liquors, and shop space, serving the rapidly growing Bowling Green community. Construction is scheduled to break ground later this fall, with an anticipated opening in the second quarter of 2028.

Publix, one of the nation’s largest employee-owned grocery retailers, continues to expand its presence in Kentucky as part of its broader growth strategy. The Bowling Green location will further enhance access to premium grocery offerings, prepared foods, and pharmacy services for area residents.
