Stiles Property Management (SPM), among the Southeast’s largest privately-held commercial property management firms with approximately 25 million square feet under management, has won three TOBY® (The Outstanding Building of the Year) awards at the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Southern Region Conference held April 25 in Nashville. SPM is a leading provider of third-party commercial property and facility management services throughout Florida and the Carolinas.

Giralda Place in Coral Gables, FL, managed by Senior Property Manager Mauricio Dominguez, won a TOBY award in the Mixed-Use category. Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits office in Miramar, FL, managed by Property Manager Gisella Mitchell, earned top honors in the Corporate Facility category. 200 East Las Olas in downtown Fort Lauderdale, managed by General Manager Paige Miller, received a TOBY award in the Earth category for excellence in sustainability and environmental stewardship.

“We are focused on delivering strong results and maximizing value for our owners, and these awards reflect the dedication and expertise our teams bring to their properties every day,” said Chris Rotolo, president of Stiles Property Management. “As we continue to grow in the Carolinas, we look forward to bringing this same award-winning management philosophy and level of service to owners and tenants across the region.”

Regional TOBY winners represent the top-performing commercial properties across the southern United States and advance from local competition among the industry’s best-managed assets. With these latest honors, the winning properties now advance to the BOMA International Awards, where they will compete among the world’s most exceptional commercial assets. Over the past decade, SPM has earned more than 80 TOBY recognitions and continues to expand its management platform throughout the Southeast.

The TOBY Awards are among the most prestigious honors in the commercial real estate industry. The awards recognize excellence in office, retail, mixed-use and industrial buildings while evaluating all aspects of operations, including tenant relations, site management, community involvement and environmental performance.
