We are proud to share some incredible news!

Our very own Tim Moore, President of Stiles Construction, has been selected for induction into the University of Florida M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management Hall of Fame!

This prestigious honor recognizes few select individuals who have made a lasting impact on the construction industry and demonstrated exemplary leadership, innovation, and integrity throughout their careers.

A 1983 honors graduate of UF’s Rinker School, Tim began his career at Stiles immediately after graduation, hired by fellow UF alumnus and long-time colleague Steve Palmer, who served with Stiles for 40 years before retiring as Chief Operating Officer. Since being named President in 1994, Tim has led Stiles Construction’s tremendous growth, overseeing the successful completion of more than 450 projects totaling over $4 billion dollars and spanning more than 45 million square feet.

Beyond his impressive 42-year career, Tim has remained deeply committed to his alma mater and the next generation of builders. His engagement with UF includes sponsoring interns, partnering with Dr. Charles Kibert on early LEED initiatives, supporting career fairs and student site visits, serving as a guest speaker, and playing a key role in Stiles’ financial contributions to the program.

Tim’s induction reflects not only his decades of achievement and influence in the field, but also his unwavering dedication to mentorship, operational excellence, and advancing the industry.

Tim will officially be inducted this Fall on October 18th in Gainesville, where he will be honored among an elite group of construction professionals who have shaped the future of construction. Please join us in congratulating Tim on this well-deserved recognition. His legacy continues to elevate Stiles and inspires us every day.

Congratulations Tim Moore! We are so proud to call you Stiles family.
